HVB is a non profit 501 (3c) whos mission is to build affordable homes. Several of the founders of this organization have been building homes in the Blair area for 30 years.
We apply for grants to fund the bulk of the cost of these builds, one such grant is called Rural Workforce Housing Grant Program.
This grant process also requirs 25% community donations on the first build. The home is then sold on the open market, and the proceeds roll into another build etc.
We are a group of builders who have made a commitment to build affordable homes for out community.
